Compound
The drug ASD-Z is a product of dry distillation of raw materials of animal origin. Contains carboxylic acids, aliphatic and cyclic hydrocarbons, alkylbenzenes and substituted phenols, aliphatic amines and amides, compounds with an active sulfhydryl group and water.
pharmachologic effect
ASD fraction 3 refers to tissue preparations. Obtained by dry distillation of animal tissues. The drug increases the body's immunity, has a pronounced antiseptic effect, stimulates the activity of the reticuloendothelial and endocrine systems, normalizes trophism, accelerates the regeneration of damaged tissues, and does not have a cumulative effect. ASD fraction 3, in terms of the degree of impact on the body, is classified as a moderately hazardous substance (hazard class 3 according to GOST 12.1.007).
Indications
The drug ASD-Z is administered externally to animals in its native form or in the form of 20-50% oil solutions. It is used to treat infected slow-healing wounds, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory lesions of the skin and hooves, trophic ulcers, fistulas, foot rot of sheep and necrobacteriosis in animals, as well as gynecological diseases of various etiologies.
Recommendations for use
The drug "ASD-3F" is used externally for animals in its native form or in the form of 25-50% oil solutions.
Oil solutions are prepared under aseptic conditions using castor, linseed, sunflower oils or fish oil, which, with thorough mixing, add "ASD-3F" in a ratio of 1:4 or 1:1.

When treating infected slow-healing wounds and fistulas, the affected area is washed with a 15-20% solution of the drug "ASD-2F" until the release of purulent exudate stops, and then a gauze cloth moistened with a 20% oil solution of the drug "ASD-3F" is applied, which is fixed with a bandage. Treatment is carried out until recovery, replacing napkins with the drug daily, but not more than 21 days.

For eczema, bedsores, dermatitis, chronic inflammatory skin lesions, pyoderma and trophic ulcers, 25-50% oil solutions of the drug are applied to the affected areas of the skin once a day, covering 2-3 cm of healthy skin (to prevent the spread of inflammation). Treatment is carried out until the animal recovers, but not more than 21 days. For extensive lesions, a 50% solution of the drug is applied alternately to different areas, covering no more than 10% of the surface of the animal’s body in one treatment.

For necrobacteriosis of animals and foot rot of sheep, after proper toileting, the affected areas are lubricated with “ASD-3F” in its native form once a day. Treatment is carried out in combination with local surgical treatments and drugs for specific and symptomatic therapy until the animal fully recovers, but not more than 28 days.

Contraindications
Increased individual sensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug (including history).
Side effects
As a rule, there are no side effects or complications when using the drug in accordance with these instructions.
Special instructions
The use of ASD fraction 3 does not exclude the use of other drugs for specific and symptomatic therapy.

Livestock products obtained during the period of application of ASD fraction 3 can be used on a general basis. In case of forced slaughter of an animal, areas of the carcass treated with the drug are cleaned and disposed of.

When working with ASD fraction 3, you should follow the general rules of personal hygiene and safety precautions provided for when working with medications. After finishing work, wash your hands with warm water and soap. In case of accidental contact of the drug with the skin or mucous membranes of the eyes, they must be rinsed with plenty of water. If allergic reactions occur or if the drug accidentally enters the human body, you should immediately contact a medical facility (have instructions for use of the drug and the label with you).

Empty drug bottles must not be used for household purposes; they must be disposed of with household waste. Unused medicinal product is disposed of in accordance with legal requirements.
